The flotation machines are employed for agitation , separation, scrubbing and cleaning of samples in labs of geological, metallurgical, building material, chemical, coal, beneficiation plant of mine , institutions of higher learning and research institutions. The product is produced by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

XFDM型多槽浮選機是選煤用實驗型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)浮選機，也適用于冶金、地質(zhì)、煤炭、建材、化工、環(huán)保等行業(yè)。用于攪拌、擦洗、分離和精選少量礦樣等。

XFDM型多槽浮選機葉輪轉(zhuǎn)速、充氣量、刮板方式和次數(shù)均屬可調(diào)，槽體容積可更換。定壓補水槽補加清水，水位高度調(diào)節(jié)靈活方便，如果與數(shù)字式時間程序分配器配套使用，能顯示和控制各浮選工序和時間，精確方便，可實現(xiàn)浮選試驗操作部分自動化，因而試驗精度較高，試驗結(jié)果的重現(xiàn)性較好，是進行可浮性研究和試驗較理想的設(shè)備。

XFDMⅡ型多槽浮選機是XFDM型更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。它采用變頻技術(shù)，葉輪無級調(diào)速，數(shù)碼顯示，調(diào)整精確。還裝有加熱器、溫度控制儀，隨時顯示槽內(nèi)礦液溫度。本機還配有液面自動調(diào)節(jié)補加水等裝置，可實現(xiàn)較高自動化水平。
